I love having it on my dominant shoe. It has helped me improve and sustain my slide across the ice. This is a must if you are a serious curler. Not sure about these shoes yet. I only wore them a couple times at the end of the season so not sure if there is a break in period. The later Im thinking may sort itself out once the footbed is compressed a bit after wearing them.
